Journal & Planner Organization

organization

January 4, 2017

A new year, a new start. Not really, but a great excuse to (once again) try to be organized. New(ish) on the organization front is Bullet Journaling. A super cute way to kick it old school with an analog paper planner (and justify the purchase of a new colored marker set and washi tape). A colleague and friend of mine started using the bullet journal method this school year and she thinks that it has been a success. So, here I am to enable you. I have made these cute little month tabs so that you can easily flip to your month at a glance page. They are free, so go ahead and download the file (for personal use). Print it at 100%, then score and cut them out (or use a handy tab shaped paper punch).

What? You don’t have a month at a glance page because it takes way too long to write out? Or maybe you just want to cute yours up. Well, you can download some super cute printable month at a glance calendars with the links below, which were all curated by Emma from Gathering Beauty.

There is no shame in using a printable. As long as it works for you. You know the old saying – no need to reinvent the wheel.  As long as the wheel is cute, and it takes you where you need to go. Have you seen other cute (and free) printables online? Please comment with the details below!

Is paring down your email inbox count also on your list? Unsubscribe to any unwanted email that comes in your inbox this week. Wait, you need to be inspired, right? Well, you can still get notifications from all those blogs that intrigued you (plus a couple suggestions) in just ONE digest format email with Bloglovin’. I also like the app, which makes it super easy to go down the grocery aisle of ideas on your iPad or iPhone with pics and intros from suggested blogs or by a topic. You can follow my blog with Bloglovin’ with this linkSo give Bloglovin’ a try – it will reduce your emails, provide inspiration and give you some ideas of things to try.

In the meantime, use the tabs I made to make flipping through your book easy. Maybe you have a planner from the dollar spot at Target, and need tabs to make it work. Perhaps you just want to mark your spot in your journal. Or, it could be that you are digging into that bullet journaling craze and just want to cute it up a bit while increasing productivity.
